Why corporates are getting creative with their live events
Corporate teams need live events to remedy growing issues, and are willing to innovate to do so.
A survey of in-house corporate events and comms professionals has found that flexible working has resulted in an increased appetite for live events.
According to Cheerful Twentyfirst’s Brand Playbook, although the large majority (92%) of respondents prefer hybrid or flexible working formats, over half (58%) recognise that isolated working and reduced collaborative environments are a consequence.
It is no surprise then that nearly three quarters (72%) of in-house events and comms professionals identify ‘team culture’ as the biggest challenge to employee engagement in the next 12 months.To access please sign in.
