How venues can help you build sustainability into your event catering
At the C&IT Sustainability Forum ACC Liverpool and in-house catering partner Sodexo Live! explored how venues can help ensure that sustainability is at the top of everyone’s menu.
ACC Liverpool has recently become carbon neutral and they have the ambition of becoming net-zero by 2030. This aligns with the vision and ambition of Liverpool City Council.
To get themselves to net-zero, they are implementing big-scale initiatives and changes at their venue. Their roundtable at C&IT's Sustainability Forum was an opportunity to share what they were doing, to get feedback and to hear the delegate’s experiences of working with venues and caterers when it comes to sustainability.
