One thing to learn from Fred from First Dates
TV’s Fred Sirieix shares one lesson that all event and hospitality professionals should remember.
The TV personality and hospitality veteran took to the stage at Cvent Connect Europe to share insights on what makes a top quality experience for event delegates.
Fred, who started his on-screen career with Michel Roux’ Service and went on to gain popularity as Maître D and Cupid in the popular Channel 4 show First Dates, is somewhat of an expert in delivering the highest level of service and fostering strong relationships.
But his 25 years of hospitality experience go beyond what we see on TV. Fred has worked in some of London’s most celebrated restaurants and since May 2006 has held the position of General Manager at the award-winning Michelin star Galvin at Windows.
