What requests/trends are you seeing from event planners post-covid?
We are seeing more requests for attention to detail and flexibility with contracts due to changing attendance numbers. In addition, we are also seeing shorter lead time on enquiries so booking is later than pre-covid and event planners are looking for exclusive hire, non-shared spaces to allow a greater flow of guests around the venue
With risk assessments there is a greater emphasis on duty of care and safety and sustainability requests are also increasing as planners are choosing eco-friendly options, vegan menus etc.
