Hotel review: Regent Porto Montenegro
Although a destination in itself, there’s so much more that makes this boutique Riviera-style hotel an ideal host for incentive groups.
Birdsong resonates in my ears as a gentle rain falls, bathing me in a warm mist. I’m not in a rainforest though, I’m in the wonderful ‘experience shower’ at the Regent Porto Montenegro spa, enjoying a leisurely afternoon of absolute relaxation. I’ve already sampled the delights of the hammam, steam room, sauna and the jacuzzi.
Next up on my list is the beautiful indoor pool, surrounded by tall windows flooding the room with the warm spring light, and then a signature 60-minute massage. There’s also an outdoor infinity pool, but it's slightly too chilly to brave at the end of March.
