Charlotte Tilbury's Global Director of Events and Ex-Burberry powerhouse discusses the importance of virality, creative consistency and collaboration within big brand events.


Having studied Drama and English Literature at university, the performing arts acted as a catapult for global events director, Jen Bonassera, who said, “We did a dance tour to Paris and I loved the live performance aspect of engaging with an audience. 


I realised I was enjoying behind the scenes as much as I was in front of it.
