Whitbread's inclusive festival experience
After three whole years of waiting, the Whitbread Conference returned in full force in 2022, with a brief that was bold: blow previous years out the park.
Brief
Whitbread aims to recognise its people, culture and ESG initiatives across the business, welcoming 3,300 people from every area of its hotels and restaurants. This was a sought-after event to attend, especially since it’s the first time everyone had got together since Covid hit.
The celebration had to breath energy, while encapsulating the organisation's DE&I values, all in line with its ‘Force for Good’ initiative. Top Banana was tasked with curating an agenda to wow audiences and tell the powerful stories, while keeping sustainability at the heart of all the planning stages.
