What event planners can learn from TV broadcasters

An experienced TV executive shares her top tips on how planners can improve their events using techniques from the broadcast industry. 

Cally Beaton has operated at senior management level in companies including ITV, MTV and Comedy Central and founded Road Trip Media in 2004. She is a BAFTA voting member and holds a seat on the Development Board of MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation.

She then shared her experiences and knowledge with a live audience at this year's C&IT Corporate Forum, and then took the time to summarise some of her key takeaways.
