What Boomers, Millennials and Gen Z look for in a MICE trip

A new survey reveals what the different generations want from their MICE trip itinerary.

Recent research reveals multi-generational trips are on the rise. A new survey conducted by Visit Dubai shows 89% of employees consider booking trips with at least three generations.

This has been supported by those even outside of the MICE industry; Warwick Davis and his daughter Annabelle have sung praises regarding multi-generational travel, “As a family, we’ve always loved to travel. We all have different interests and love to try new experiences, Dubai offers everything we could dream of – from riding on a camel out into the desert in the morning to hitting the ski slopes in the afternoon”.

As more and more different generations join the workforce, enjoying the same trip is of paramount importance to ensure the right boxes are ticked for all involved.
