US border announcement gives IMEX America the green light
US borders will open to countries across the world from 8th November, just in time for the exhibition.
Last month the US announced that borders would be opening 'early November' to air travellers from 33 countries, including the UK, China and most of Europe.
While this gave confidence to the organisers of IMEX and those looking to attend the large-scale gathering for global MICE professionals, the lack of clarity around an exact date still left most wary.
However, the US government has now confirmed that borders will be opening on 8th November, the day before the three-day show begins in Las Vegas.
