Two roads instead of one: How the industry has doubled its potential

He goes on to talk about the importance of getting virtual right and making sure the content is interactive. Even the most experienced event planners need to start from the bottom up, and assess how they are getting the most out of their content, whether it be by having a live 'front row' or making the audience feel like it's a one-to-one experience.
