Journey to Net-Zero: What's being done?

Part two of the four-part sustainability series

We will look at the current standards being set by those new and established in the industry as an indication of where viewers should be at present.

What does it mean to be ‘Net Zero’? Can this realistically be achieved? And what does the journey look like for those just starting, and for those well on their way? C&IT partnered with Isla in an effort to help event planners gain knowledge, successfully benchmark, observe real-life examples and plan for the future. This four-part mini-series of The C&IT Show took us on a journey that resulted in change both for organisations and the industry as a whole.

Part Two: What's being done?

Dale Parmenter, Managing Director at DRPG, will reveal how they won the Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development and discuss how to balance business profitability with sustainable practices.

Tim Collett, Managing Director at WRG, will discuss how to get clients, employees and delegates to buy-in to sustainable practices and the need to nurture and grow talent so that they can deliver results.

Liz Zutshi, Managing Director at TTA, will discuss how to adapt processes internally so that business operations are more sustainable, and how to adapt processes externally so that client delivery is too.
