Brian Ludwig discusses how data is the fundamental element to tailoring a fulfilling event.



At Cvent CONNECT Europe, C&IT spoke to Brian Ludwig, SVP of Sales, who suggested clarifying your data is the ultimate key to personalising an event in order to create an enriching experience.

With the demise of the pandemic, technology within the events sector has and will continue to grow dramatically. Ludwig notes that “in person events are going to become higher production events and they’ll be more technology leveraged for interpersonal” further stating that as a result, “the pandemic has sped up a tech evolution in the events industry by 10 or 15 years.” This means the events industry is now in a comfortable technological position to personalise their events using the wealth of data currently available.
