Steve Moore, Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Taskforce for ILEA, talks about making a meaningful difference to diversity and inclusion across the industry, regardless of your seniority.

Speaking at the C&IT Global Forum last week, he says that we should all educate ourselves, research minority-owned businesses across the supply chain and look to large international corporations for strategic inspiration. Above all though he believes it's not the responsibility of the underrepresented to fix the problem and businesses shouldn't look to minorities to influence the majority.
