According to our recent study, spend on event tech is low with nearly three-quarters of respondents suggesting their organisation’s investment made up less than 20% of total spend. Add to that, traditional data collection methods, in the form of surveys and questionnaires, are still the most popular. So, are we really using event technology to its full potential?
